NEW CD RELEASES
New CDs released in 2008 are now making their way into broadcast, retail sales and distribution. They include the new long-form ambient work Frozen Light, and the electroacoustic collections Cosmic Fire, Ghost Words, Siren and Tre Passagio. Look for these at the Aucourant Records site, Amazon.com and elsewhere. The new Aucourant Records website is soon to be launched as well.

June 2008
Recent concert performances include the premiere of two new electroacoustic
works during the Festival Synthèse 2008 in Bourges, France (May 30 to June 7). The featured works are the octophonic Ghost Words After Trees Fall, and the stereo work Suite Automatic. Both compositions are commissions of IMEB, Institut International de Musique Electroacoustique de Bourges (France) and were composed in their studios during the fall of 2007. Stereo versions of these works, among the others, composed during RST's residency at IMEB, are currently streaming on this site. Summer 2008
A significant project during the summer season has been a collaboration CD with Turkish composer and electronic music artist and Erdem Helvacioglu expected for release in 2009.
August 2008
The new octophonic work, Orgone, was premiered during the International Computer Music Conference (ICMC) 2008 at Queens University, Belfast, Northern Ireland.
November 2008
Robert's work was presented during SOUND Festival of Contemporary Music in Aberdeen, Scotland, he was also at the University of Aberdeen where he presented a lecture and master class in the music department. Works presented included the new electroacoustic concert suite ~ Ghost Words Concert Suite was presented in 4-channels.
December 2008
Robert's Poesis Athesis has been added to the programming of Music from the Hearts of Space on NPR Radio and has been heard on over 200 FM stations.
RST is currently in the studio working on two companion CDs of ambient music - Gold Flowers Bloom Mercury Petals and White Tiger Returns to Mountain as well as a new long-form ambient project featuring 'cello and piano.
